What are your business hours?

Monday - Friday: 9:30am - 4:30pm CST. Whenever our business office is closed you can always place orders online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Will my soap look exactly like the picture?

In most cases, yes. We do our best to accurately portray what our soaps look like in the photographs. However, due to the nature of our handmade products, you can expect slight variations and colors as each batch is slightly different.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days and shipped Monday through Friday excluding holidays. With the impact of COVID-19, some orders may be delayed or delivered within 7 -14 days. Holidays and back orders may increase processing and shipping times by an extra 2-3 days.

Will I receive a tracking number when my order is shipped?

Yes! Once your items ship, you will receive a tracking number to the form of contact chosen at the time of placing your order.

My order says delivered, but I did not receive it.

Sometimes, USPS will mark items as delivered hours or even a day before it actually arrives. If your items do not arrive within 1-2 business days of when they were marked as delivered, please contact USPS to file a claim.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, international shipping is only available to Canada and Australia. To ship to Canada, we use USPS International, UPS, and DHL Express. To ship to Australia, we use USPS International and UPS.
